Aime Watson Bachini

Aime Watson Bachini has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2020. In 2011, they began their career as a Sales Assistant at Cycleworld. In 2012, they moved to Cruise Clothing Limited as a Sales Advisor. In 2016, they became a Brand Manager at Fenwick Newcastle. In 2017, they were a Concession Manager at Marc Cain. In 2018, they were a Business Manager at Trinny London. In 2019, they were an HR Assistant and Office Manager at Everything Different. Finally, in 2020, they became a People and Culture Lead at Hedgehog Lab. In this role, they overhauled and streamlined company policies and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and legal compliance.

Aime Watson Bachini is currently pursuing a CIPD qualification at Newcastle College, starting in 2021. Aime previously obtained A Levels at South Tyneside College between 2008 and 2009 and at Newcastle College between 2007 and 2008. In addition, Aime has obtained a CIPD certification from CIPD in August 2022 and a Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in June 2019.
