Anna-Karin Nodby

Anna-Karin Nodby has over 35 years of work experience in various roles related to learning and development, employee experience, and HR. Anna-Karin is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Hedin Mobility Group since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Utbildningschef samt ansvarig för utvecklingsgrupper inom pedagogik, digitalisering och kvalitet at IHM Business School from September 2020 to February 2023. From January 2018 to September 2020, they served as the Head of Learning and Development and Employee Experience at Espresso House, focusing on implementing LMS systems and developing training programs. Before that, they worked in various roles at the HR department from August 2005 to January 2016. Anna-Karin'scareer started at JC AB in 1988, where they initially worked as a salesperson and later became a store manager.
