Jack Nichols

Jack Nichols serves as Of Counsel at Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo LLP since October 2022, following the merger with Nichols, Choi & Lee where Nichols held the roles of Attorney, Director, and Shareholder from February 2016 to November 2022. With extensive experience in administrative law, employment law, and civil and appellate litigation, Nichols has been instrumental in managing the law firm. Academically, Nichols holds a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, a MA in Public Policy Science from Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Davidson College, and has pursued studies at the University of Madrid since 1971.
