Dr. Carolin Richter-Leuser

Dr. Carolin Richter-Leuser possesses extensive experience in production and quality management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Assistant to the Head of Production Sterile at Heel since April 2018, along with leadership roles in the production of liquid and solid forms. Previous positions include Quality Specialist in Packaging and Team Leader at Pfizer, as well as scientific roles at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and DIARECT AG. Dr. Richter-Leuser holds a Doctorate in Bioengineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Diplom in Bioengineering, complemented by studies at Macquarie University. Early career experiences include roles as a scientific assistant and an Au Pair.
