Arjan Hogenboom

Arjan Hogenboom is a Dutch civil engineer who currently serves as the Director of Offices at Heembouw. Arjan has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, having held various positions in project management, quality assurance, and site management.

Arjan began their career in 2000 as a Civil Engineer with Arcadis St. Maarten N.V., where they worked for two years before moving to BAM Betontechnieken in 2002. In 2005, they relocated to Ghana to work as a Site & Quality Manager with Denys Engineers & Contractors. After two years in Ghana, Arjan returned to the Netherlands to take on the role of Project Organizer with BAM Civiel.

In 2014, Arjan became a Project Manager with VolkerInfra, where they were responsible for the multi-year performance maintenance contract for eastern Netherlands. Arjan remained with VolkerInfra for three years, serving as Program Manager from 2016-2017 before joining Heembouw in October 2017.

Arjan Hogenboom has a Master's degree in Change Management from NCOI opleidingsgroep. Arjan also has a degree in Systems Engineering and Betononderhoudskunde from BAM Business School and Betonvereniging NV, respectively.
