Jos Herpers

Jos Herpers has extensive experience in the housing sector, particularly in policy advising and management roles. At HEEMwonen, Jos currently holds the position of Beleidsadviseur maatschappelijk domein, where key responsibilities include compliance with privacy legislation, negotiating agreements with municipalities, housing corporations, and tenant organizations, as well as managing government subsidies and tenant communication. Prior to this, Jos worked at Woningstichting Land van Rode in various capacities, including as a Management assistent Klantcontacten, manager associations of owners (VVE), and directie assistent, with a focus on policy development, implementation, and quality service coordination.
