Juha Käppi

Juha Käppi has a diverse work experience spanning over the past decade. Juha currently holds the position of QA Community Lead at Heeros, where they oversee and mentors a team of QA specialists. Juha'stasks involve developing and maintaining automated test scripts, as well as creating and managing test cases and acceptance criteria. Prior to this, Juha worked as a Senior Advisor at NORIAN from 2017 to 2019. Juha also served as a Consultant, Process Specialist, and Accounts Payable Specialist at OpusCapita between 2011 and 2017, where they played a crucial role in customer implementations, change management, and handling accounts payable services. Juha began their career as an Accounting Assistant at Itella Tuottotieto Oy in 2010.

Juha Käppi began their education in 2003, graduating from Jyväskylän Normaalikoulun lukio in 2006 with a Matriculation Examination certificate. From 2006 to 2007, they attended the Reserve Officer's School, where they studied as an intelligence officer. Juha then pursued higher education at JAMK University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
