Jean-Philippe Martial

Jean-Philippe Martial currently serves as the Head of Business Operations at Heex Technologies, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Jean-Philippe was the General Manager and Owner of a preschool in San Jose since June 2023, as well as the Head of Operations for B2C at Meero from April 2022 to May 2023. Prior roles include Sales Operations Manager at Stilla Technologies, where key achievements included raising over 30 million euros and doubling revenue, Operations Specialist at Bolt, and multiple positions as a Venture Capital Analyst at firms such as Xerys and NetScientific Group. Early experience includes M&A Valuations Analyst at Sanofi and serving as Assistant to the Governor in the Gobierno Regional de La Libertad. Jean-Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from emlyon business school, along with an Engineer’s Degree in Management of Information Systems and Financial Engineering from ECAM-EPMI.
