Debra Costa

Debra Costa currently serves as Senior Vice President and Vintner Practice Leader at Heffernan Insurance Brokers, a position held since April 2001, focusing on Commercial Insurance Brokering and various liability coverages. Prior to this, Debra Costa spent six years at Fremont Compensation in Workers' Compensation Marketing and Program Development, significantly contributing to the company's growth in California during the transition to Open Rating.
