Erica Ward

Erica Ward, CEBS, currently serves as an Account Manager at Heffernan Insurance Brokers since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Client Manager at Burnham, A Baldwin Risk Partner from November 2022 to June 2023, and as an Account Manager at Alliant Insurance Services from May 2021 to November 2022. Erica also held the position of Account Manager at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants from March 2020 to April 2021, and progressed through various roles at Keenan, including Senior Service Representative, Service Representative, and Service Coordinator from May 2016 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Erica was a Health & Welfare Member Services Representative at UFCW from March 2015 to May 2016. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology - Pre Physical Therapy with a minor in Biology from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts in Physical Education from Modesto Junior College.
