Alexander Avdienko has extensive experience in operational and quality assurance roles, currently serving as Business Excellence Lead and Operational Excellence Subject Matter Expert at Hegelmann Group since May 2020. Prior to this, Alexander held various positions at Conduent from May 2016 to May 2020, including Operations Lead, where responsibility included leading a team of five Team Leads and overseeing three lines of business with 90 agents. Other roles at Conduent encompassed Team Lead for a Tier 2 team and Quality Assurance Specialist, focusing on developing call center quality processes. Alexander began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Advisor. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague, obtained between 2009 and 2014.
