Leo Denslow is the Chief Operating Officer/President of MCG Civil and HEI Civil, providing leadership and strategic vision to the organizations. Leo served as the Vice President of Business Development, leading the establishment and acquisitions for MCG Civil. Prior to this, Leo held various high-level positions in companies such as Coventry Development Corporation, CAS Construction, Trammell Crow Residential, The Gallegos Corporation, CoroTech Co., and Andrie LLC. Leo holds an MBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a BS in Construction Management from Ferris State University.
