Simon Aigner

Simon Aigner is a Lead Development Engineer and Optical Engineer with extensive experience in optical systems design and development. Prior to their current role at Heidelberg Instruments, Simon worked as a Project Leader and Key Account Manager at DIOPTIC GmbH. Simon also served as a Research Assistant at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, specializing in the atom chip group under Prof. Schmiedmayer. Simon holds a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Physik from the same university.
