With a robust background at NTT DATA North America, Bill led global sales learning and development initiatives, and previously managed the Seller Training & Enablement Program. As the Founder of KUMA Solutions, Bill specialized in consulting and training sales professionals in multiple languages. Additionally, Bill has held key roles in instructional design at Baker Communications and facilitation at FranklinCovey, contributing to the professional development of sales teams for major global companies. Bill holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from UCLA Anderson School of Management and the National University of Singapore.
