Bill Grover

Bill Grover has extensive experience in management roles across various industries, primarily focused on quarry and production operations. Currently serving as Unit Manager at Birch Quarry since January 2015 and also as Site Manager for Hanson Aggregates since April 2019, Bill is responsible for all aspects of quarry management, ensuring the supply of high-quality aggregates. Prior to these roles, Bill held positions such as Manufacturing Manager at Thames Card Technology, Engineering/Main Manager at Thames House Technology, and Shift Operations Manager at Britvic Soft Drinks, demonstrating a comprehensive background in production oversight, team management, and quality control. Bill's earlier experience includes a Senior Operations Manager role at BT, managing a large team and leading national safety and operational initiatives. Education was obtained at Chelmsford College and Hylands Comp.
