Alexandru Popa-Antohi is a seasoned team and executive coach, and business psychologist, currently serving as the Founder and Director of Press Pause Ltd since February 2019. With extensive expertise in bespoke development interventions for senior leaders, particularly in technology-driven and agile environments, Alexandru also holds associate roles in leadership assessment and development with Heidrick & Struggles, and as a coach with multiple organizations including 3D Coaching Ltd, TPC Leadership, teamGenie®, and People Untapped. Prior experience includes leadership development management at Vodafone Group, where strategic initiatives included the design of a coaching culture and global performance development programs. Alexandru's educational background includes a Systemic Team Coaching Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching, alongside advanced degrees in Psychology and Computer Science.
