Alina Stefan

Alina Stefan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in thought leadership and marketing communications. Currently serving as a Senior Editor at Heidrick & Struggles since November 2018, Alina previously held significant roles at EY as the Thought Leadership Lead for EMEIA Financial Services, focusing on connecting expert content with current debates. Prior to EY, Alina was the Global Financial Services Institute Manager at PwC, where responsibilities included managing global thought leadership initiatives. Alina's career also includes various marketing and leadership positions within AIESEC Romania and AIESEC Timisoara, providing a strong foundation in project coordination and marketing strategy. Alina holds a BA in Journalism-English from the University of Literature, History and Philosophy.
