Amie Lawrence

Amie Lawrence, PhD, is a Senior Director of Psychology Product, Research & Design at Heidrick & Struggles since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading the internal research and development team to create and enhance enterprise products and psychological assessment solutions. Previously, Amie served as the Director of Psychology Product Research & Design and held various roles at PSI Services LLC, including Director of Global Assessment Innovation and Managing Research Consultant, after the acquisition of Select International. Amie’s extensive experience began at Select International, where roles ranged from Manager of Product Development to Senior Project Consultant. Additionally, Amie is an adjunct professor at Millersville University, instructing courses in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Educational credentials include a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
