Amna Rauf is an experienced professional in the field of executive search and leadership consulting, currently serving as an Associate in the Consumer sector at Heidrick & Struggles since March 2024. Prior to this, Amna held the position of Senior Consultant at August Leadership from April 2021 to February 2024, specializing in Board & CEO recruitment across various industries including Consumer & Retail and Technology.
