Jennifer Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and organizational consulting. Currently serving as Partner and Global Co-Head of the HR Officers Practice at Heidrick & Struggles since April 2018, Jennifer has played a key role in providing diverse solutions in leadership assessment and development. Prior to this, Jennifer operated as an Independent Strategy and Organization Consultant and held various leadership positions at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Archstone Consulting, and New York University. With an MBA in Finance/Economics and Management from Columbia Business School and a BS magna cum laude in Business and History from Trinity University, Jennifer combines academic excellence with a rich career history.
