Julie Crist

Julie Crist is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles across different sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Managed Services Analyst and Learning Management Systems Specialist at Heidrick & Struggles since January 2022, Julie previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at AMI Expeditionary Healthcare and consulted for The Tot Cart, providing strategic guidance. As the owner and CEO of The Tot Cart, Julie successfully built the company and brand from the ground up. During tenure as Associate Director of MBA & MS Programs at Temple University's Fox School of Business, Julie managed the educational operations for Executive MBA students. Julie's earlier experiences include roles as a corporate trainer at Rita's Italian Ice and assistant property manager at Capstone Management, complemented by an MBA in Marketing from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Temple University.
