Katie Rodger

Katie Rodger is an experienced professional in the technology and services sector, currently serving as an Associate in the Global Technology & Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles since February 2022, where responsibilities include supporting operations, research, and search execution for diverse clients. Previously, Katie held the position of Analyst within the same practice, contributing to strategic initiatives and essential research for business development.
