Kayla Younglove

Kayla Younglove, CPA, has extensive experience in financial operations, currently serving as the Manager of Financial Operations for Heidrick & Struggles since July 2018, following roles as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. Prior to this position, Kayla worked as a Staff Accountant at Riverside HealthCare from June 2014 to July 2018. Kayla earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Olivet Nazarene University, where studies were conducted from 2018 to 2020, and also completed a degree at Olivet Nazarene University between 2010 and 2014.
