Rashmi Batra

Rashmi Batra is an experienced Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, where since July 2015, Rashmi has been advising clients on CEO and executive searches, board searches, advisor searches, and executive assessments. Prior to this role, Rashmi served as an Associate at Korn/Ferry International from September 2005 to July 2015. Rashmi holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Himachal Pradesh University, obtained in March 2004, and an undergraduate degree from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, completed in 2002. Educational background also includes attendance at Manav Sthali School from 1985 to 1999.
