Stephen Zhang

Stephen Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the executive search and financial services sectors. Currently, Stephen serves as the Partner in Charge in Hong Kong at Heidrick & Struggles since April 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen was the Head of Financial Services for Greater China at Spencer Stuart from 2018 to 2021. Stephen honed expertise as a Principal Consultant at Egon Zehnder from 2013 to 2018 and served as Executive Director at CICC from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in his career, Stephen worked as an Equity Analyst at AB Bernstein from 2005 to 2010. Stephen holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management, earned between 2001 and 2003.
