Tim Gallagher

Tim Gallagher is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Heidrick & Struggles since November 2020, Gallagher previously held the position of President at Portola Advisors from June 2010 to November 2020, where responsibilities included advising management teams and boards on growth and performance strategies. Prior experience includes a decade as a Partner at McKinsey & Company and earlier as a Senior Analyst at Cornerstone Research. Gallagher holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Stanford University.
