Cinthya Harris

Cinthya Harris serves as the Director of Resource Development Operations at Heifer International, a position held since 2014, where leadership of a team focuses on creating effective fundraising collateral and enhancing donor engagement. Prior roles at Heifer International include Resource Development Officer and Communications and Administration Officer, contributing to marketing strategies and information flow to improve fundraising. Cinthya began with the organization on the Latin America/Caribbean team, advancing from Administrative Assistant to Program Officer. Earlier experience includes roles as an Account Executive at Arkansas Times/El Latino, leading the launch of a Spanish-language newspaper, and as a Spanish Interpreter in healthcare settings. Cinthya holds a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service and a B.A. in Languages from Instituto Superior Anglo Americano in Guadalajara, Mexico.
