Arnaldo Petrazzini

Arnaldo Petrazzini has extensive work experience in the field of design. Arnaldo'smost recent position is as a Designer at Height, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Design Specialist at Banco PAN from June 2022 to August 2022. Before that, Arnaldo worked as a Design Consultant from April 2022 to August 2022.

In 2021, Arnaldo served as a Mentor at Designlab, where they mentored and assisted design students during the Foundations course. From October 2019 to April 2022, they were the Co-founder and Senior Designer at Stoika Design, an agency specializing in digital product design. In this role, they handled visual design, client relationships, hiring, and company processes.

Between 2019 and 2021, Arnaldo was also a Co-founder and Mentor at Usabilizando, a UX design school in Brazil. Arnaldo mentored students, helped design courses, and managed the school's social media and brand. Additionally, they partnered with other organizations to expand the school's reach.

Arnaldo's diverse experience includes founding and managing their own side-hustle called Mazanza, where they created and sold original art pieces. Arnaldo also worked as a Designer and Illustrator from October 2013 to January 2018, and as a Visual Designer at TW Sistemas from January 2015 to July 2017. At TW Sistemas, they were responsible for designing the software, marketing assets, and e-commerce designs.

Throughout their career, Arnaldo has demonstrated a strong passion for design and has held various leadership roles. Arnaldo has expertise in visual design, UI/UX, design systems, mentoring, and collaboration.

Arnaldo Petrazzini has a diverse education history in the field of Design and Interaction Design. In 2013 and 2014, they attended SATC - Associação Beneficente da Indústria Carbonífera de Santa Catarina, where they obtained a Visual Communication technician degree with a focus on Design. Arnaldo furthered their education at the same institution from 2015 to 2018, earning a degree in Design.

In 2018, Arnaldo pursued additional education through How Bootcamps, specializing in Design Systems Operations and Design Leadership, with a focus on Interaction Design and Leadership. The following year, they became a member of The Interaction Design Foundation, where they focused on Interaction Design.

In terms of certifications, Arnaldo obtained a certificate in Strategic Brand Design from Brandster | Branding School in July 2021. Arnaldo also completed a Design Systems & Ops course at Meiuca Design in 2020. In 2017, they attended a UX Weekend workshop conducted by Mergio User Experience, and in 2016, they completed a Branding: Strategic brand building course at SATC - Associação Beneficente da Indústria Carbonífera de Santa Catarina.
