Ashley Naivar

Ashley Naivar, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of US Human Resources at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, where responsibilities include coaching C-suite leaders on performance management and complex employee relations for a team of over 1200 individuals. Previously, Ashley held various HR roles at Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC, including Human Resources Manager, where a focus on HR operations and employee programs was key. Ashley's career began at Marriott International, progressing from Guest Service Representative to Front Office Supervisor, receiving multiple awards for excellence. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
