Tom Wilding has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Research and Validation Field Manager at Heil Environmental since June 2007, where previous roles included Research and Validation Manager, Test Lab Manager, Test Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to joining Heil Environmental, Tom Wilding worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Bucyrus International from 2004 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Technology obtained from Jacksonville State University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in Welding Engineer Technology from Utah State University, completed in 2004.
