Shelby Tovar

Shelby Tovar has extensive experience in network and information technology management, currently serving as the Texas Network Administrator at Heil Trailer International since September 2007, overseeing operations at two locations in Texas. Previously, Shelby was a Global Network Administrator at Entrans International and held the role of IT Manager at FDI Red Bull, managing IT for Ford Distributing and Fossil Creek Liquors in the DFW area. Shelby's early career includes roles at EDS/SABRE and AST Computer, focusing on network administration and desktop support. Education includes a degree in Information Technology from Tarrant County College and a high school diploma from Castleberry High School.
