Erik Silva

Erika Silva is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer and Hardware Engineering Lead at Heila Technologies since September 2017. Prior roles include Senior Electrical Systems Engineer and Embedded Systems Intern at Heila Technologies, and Hardware Designer for the Northeastern Robotic Mobility Assistant project at Northeastern University. Previous work experience encompasses significant contributions at Teradyne as Hardware Engineer II, where projects included the development of parametric measurement subsystems and calibration systems for RF test instruments. Erika has also participated in impactful projects at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, The MITRE Corporation, Life Technologies, and SiSoft while completing graduate and undergraduate studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Northeastern University and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, culminating in a Master’s degree and a graduate certificate in Engineering Leadership.
