Anna Choińska

Talent Management Lead at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services

Anna Choińska has a diverse work experience in talent management, learning and development, and training. Anna is currently working as a Talent Management Lead at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, where they are responsible for managing the implementation of training processes and tools, as well as developing the L&D agenda based on training needs analysis. Prior to this, Anna worked at Capgemini as a Team Leader of the Development Consulting Team, where they managed a team of consultants and trainers, designed training catalogs, and conducted assessments for leadership roles. Anna also has experience as a Learning and Development Specialist and trainer at Capgemini, and as an Internal Trainer at the Training Centre for Drivers "JOLA". Additionally, Anna has previous intern experience in conducting therapeutic activities and psychological diagnostics for children with psychiatric and speech disorders at the Daily Centre for Psychiatry and Speech Disorders for Children and Youth in Wroclaw, as well as volunteer experience at WIOSNA Association - ACADEMY FOR THE FUTURE.

Anna Choińska has a diverse education history. Anna attended Jagiellonian University in 2012-2013, where they studied Psychologia transportu. From 2011 to 2013, they enrolled in Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie, focusing on Pedagogika. Anna completed their Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Facylitator from Wszechnica Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego in 2023, as a Kirkpatrick Partners practitioner from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC in 2019, and in Insights Discovery from Insights in 2018.
