Arnulfo Garza

Arnulfo Garza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. Currently serving as the S&OP Fit Transformation Manager at HEINEKEN MÉXICO since May 2014, Arnulfo leads the transition of the S&OP Fit Program, overseeing critical change management processes and managing the OpCo Transition team. Prior roles at HEINEKEN MÉXICO include Supply Planning Leader, responsible for inventory optimization across multiple regions, and Head of Logistics and Warehousing, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
