Jesus Hernan Romero

Jesus Hernan Romero has over 28 years of experience in the brewing and industrial sectors, with a significant tenure at HEINEKEN MÉXICO since September 2000, where roles include Director of the Orizaba Brewery and Malting Plant, as well as Directorships at Tecate & Navojoa and Guadalajara Breweries. Jesus has also served as TPM Manager for the Americas, overseeing the implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance program across 18 breweries, and held various managerial positions focusing on maintenance, packaging, and process improvement. Earlier in his career, Jesus worked as a Planning Maintenance Chief at HYLSA and as an Industrial Machinery Sales professional at COMMAI. In addition to industry roles, Jesus has contributed to academia as a university teacher at ITESM, instructing courses on production management and industrial ergonomics. Jesus holds a Master of Business Administration from UANL EGAII and a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from FIME UANL.
