Oscar Garcia has a strong background in the beverage industry, with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management. Oscar began their career in 1994 as a Trade Marketing Manager at Coca Cola, where they developed merchandising programs and established product placement standards. In 1997, they joined Cuauhtémoc-Moctezuma as a North East Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales and identifying new business opportunities in Metropolitan New York and New Jersey. Oscar then progressed to the role of Central/Eastern US Sales Director, where they oversaw sales of over $100 million and managed a team of staff. In 2010, Garcia joined The HEINEKEN Company as VP Exports before taking on various other leadership roles, including VP Sales Central Region, AMERICAS VP SALES DEVELOPMENT, and Managing Director. Most recently, in 2019, they joined HEINEKEN MÉXICO as the VP National Accounts. Throughout their career, Garcia has demonstrated expertise in market analysis, new product development, and building strong relationships within the industry.
