Gelsis Gabriela Broce Acqui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as the S&OP Manager at HEINEKEN Panamá since June 2023, Gelsis oversees the S&OP cycle, optimizing production, inventory, and distribution processes. Previously, Gelsis held the position of Head of Supply Planning CMOs and Licensor’s for El Grupo Grünenthal, managing supply planning, contract negotiations, and distribution throughout Latin America. Additional roles include Supply Chain Lead for Orica, Supply Manager for GSK, Planning Director at EPA Panama, and Demand Planner for Nestlé. Gelsis holds multiple degrees in Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain, along with an MBA from Universidad Latina de Panamá, demonstrating a strong academic foundation complemented by a proven track record of improving inventory management, reducing stockouts, and implementing effective planning teams.
