Benjamin Sim has extensive experience in data science and analytics, having held various leadership roles at The HEINEKEN Company, currently serving as Head of Data Science. Prior to this, Benjamin was Chapter Lead Data Science at The HEINEKEN Company and Manager of Technology Data Analytics at MTN, where significant contributions included developing advanced analytics tools and reports to optimize network performance and strategic initiatives. Benjamin's career also includes experience as a Senior Manager in Data Science and Advanced Analytics, establishing and leading a new data science team, as well as foundational work as a RAN Engineer and Junior Developer at SMK Software. Early involvement in the SAIEE/IEEE Wits Student Group as Secretary showcased strong coordination and planning skills.
