Rafal Milczarski

Rafal Milczarski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at The HEINEKEN Company since February 2022, Rafal specializes in the implementation of IT solutions across global breweries, requirements management, personnel training, data analysis, and development management. Prior to this role, Rafal was a QC Process Manager at Nymo, where responsibilities included process analysis and development, quality control management, and participation in the Innovation Team.
