Ales Zachoval

Ales Zachoval is a seasoned logistics and customer service professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service, Logistics & Planning for The HEINEKEN Company since December 2014, Ales has held key positions including Planning, Logistics & Purchasing Manager and Logistics & Distribution Director. Prior experience at Procter & Gamble from March 2007 to December 2014 includes roles such as CEE Transportation Operations Leader and various logistics management positions covering Central Europe. Notable responsibilities include managing warehousing, transportation, and customization operations, as well as overseeing the "FastTrack" operation for shipments to multiple regions. Ales began a career in logistics as a Logistics Project Manager at Tesco and a Logistics Manager at Carrefour. Ales holds an Ing degree in Information Management from the University of Hradec Králové and participated in several professional development programs at P&G.
