Alison Payne is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in brand development and innovation across leading global companies. Currently, Alison serves as the Global Marketing Director (SVP) for Zero Alcohol Beverages at The HEINEKEN Company, where responsibilities include managing a $1 billion revenue portfolio of Mexican Beer brands and driving marketing initiatives focused on brand positioning, digital engagement, and consumer experience. Prior to this role, Alison held the position of Vice President of Global Snacks Marketing & Innovation at PepsiCo, overseeing the global launch of iconic brands and generating significant revenue. Previous experience includes a Vice President role at Kellogg Company, leading innovation for Special K and All Bran, and various marketing positions at Diageo, where brand growth and market activation were prioritized. Alison holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from London Business School and a BA in Commerce with a major in Marketing from UNSW.
