Julie Philp

Julie Philp is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of HR at HEINEKEN since January 2015, Julie has a strong background in managing large teams and implementing significant change initiatives, evidenced by the role as Senior HR Change Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, where Julie led the implementation of the SAP Self Service tool for approximately 15,000 colleagues.
