Neil Williamson

Neil Williamson is an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial management and youth development in sport. Currently serving as the Junior Convenor for SWANSTON NEW GOLF CLUB LIMITED, Neil is dedicated to supporting youth sport initiatives within one of the UK's largest junior golf sections. In addition, Neil has been with The HEINEKEN Company since 2014, where contributions include roles such as Commercial Excellence & Innovation Manager and Area Export Manager for Western Europe, showcasing expertise in commercial change management, brand portfolio management, and sales strategy execution. With a career spanning over two decades that includes leadership positions at notable companies such as Heineken, Scottish and Newcastle, and Scottish Brewers, Neil has developed significant skills in data management, customer relationship management, and revenue strategy. Neil holds a BA in Hospitality Management from Robert Gordon University.
