Raul Quintanilla

Raul Quintanilla is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People for the APAC region at The HEINEKEN Company since January 2017, Raul has also held positions such as HR Director for Global Commerce and Director of Compensations and Labor Relations. Prior to this, Raul's career included significant roles at Viakable, Xignux Infraestructura, and Vitro, where responsibilities ranged from organizational management to compensation strategies. Raul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University and a degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
