Sylvester Henry

Sylvester Henry is an accomplished Senior Category Manager with extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently managing the Alcohol portfolio for Heineken Saint Lucia Limited since June 2018. Responsibilities include developing brand and portfolio strategies, managing budgets, and leading new product innovations, alongside roles in regional project management and marketing capability building. Prior to this, Sylvester held various positions at Windward and Leeward Brewery Ltd and Bryden & Partners Ltd, focusing on mainstream and premium brands. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Edinburgh Napier, alongside an Associate's degree in Management Studies from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies.
