Ethel Phang

Ethel Phang serves as the Regional Marketing Solutions and Partnerships Manager at Heinemann Asia Pacific Pte Ltd since March 2025, leading the APAC Category Marketing team to drive business growth and implement promotional activities across the region. Prior to this role, Ethel held multiple positions at Danone, including Regional Business Development Manager and Business Development Manager, focusing on the Plant-Based Milk portfolio and overseeing the P&L for the ANZ region. Ethel's earlier experience includes various roles at Unilever, L'Oréal, and Estee Lauder, encompassing business development, customer development, key account management, and marketing, emphasizing revenue growth and brand development across diverse consumer goods categories. Ethel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the National University of Singapore.
