James N.

James N. has over a decade of experience in architectural design and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Store Design and Projects at Heinemann Asia Pacific Pte Ltd since September 2013, James N. is responsible for overseeing store development from concept to construction, including international travel to coordinate with suppliers and contractors. Previously, at Federal Land, Inc., James N. held the position of Project Architect, where responsibilities included managing project timelines and site inspections for mixed-use developments. Earlier experience at Abesamis + Guerrero Architects involved various phases of design and project management for residential and retail projects. James N. holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of the Philippines, earned in 2010.
