Nondas Paschos has extensive experience in communications, particularly within humanitarian and non-profit organizations. Currently, Nondas serves as a Communications Officer at the Heising-Simons Foundation since January 2016, focusing on designing and managing communication strategies for various program areas and supporting grantees in enhancing their communication capabilities. Previous roles include Digital Strategy Consultant for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), where Nondas led the international digital strategy project, and Director of Communication for MSF, developing strategic communications to bolster awareness and support for medical humanitarian actions in Italy and other mission countries. Nondas also held a position as Campaign Communications Officer at Greenpeace, focusing on achieving campaign objectives through strategic communication plans. Nondas holds advanced degrees in Social Sciences and Marketing from the University of Leicester, as well as a Bachelor's in Business Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, supplemented by professional training at Stanford University.
