From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Account Manager at Promotional Designs, Inc. In 2013, they briefly worked as an Assistant Community Manager at Bell Partners Inc. Dan then joined ACTIVE Network as an Account Manager, Endurance from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Strategic Sales Representative at On-Site.com. Dan'sexperience in the multifamily industry started with RealPage, Inc., where they served as a Client Success Manager from 2017 to 2019, a Strategic Account Manager from 2019 to 2020, and a Senior Market Analyst from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President, Investment Research at Heitman since 2023.
