Josh Jacobson

Josh Jacobson, CFA has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Josh started their career as an Accounting Intern at Ronin Capital in 2013, where they gained knowledge in tax allocation and analysis. In 2014, they joined Heitman as an Associate, overseeing property operations and conducting valuations. Josh then progressed to roles such as Senior Portfolio Accountant, Assistant Finance Manager, and Senior Associate in Portfolio & Asset Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Heitman, where they have been involved in product strategy, design, and portfolio & asset management. Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated strong quantitative skills, including conducting lease sensitivity analysis, performing acquisition impact analysis, and providing quantitative answers to client inquiries.

Josh Jacobson, CFA earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014. Moreover, they have obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in August 2021.
